Skyd Cable Product Warranty
 Skyd Cable Systems LLC, “The Seller,” warrants to the Original Purchaser only that the Product, a Skyd Cable System, purchased from the Seller is free of defects in workmanship and materials. Subject to the conditions and limitations set forth below, the Seller will, based on its judgment alone, either repair or replace any parts or materials found to be defective through improper workmanship or materials' quality. Repaired or replacement parts will be provided by the Seller on an exchange basis, and will be either new or refurbished to be functionally equivalent to new.
The Seller’s limited warranty does not cover any damage to this product that results from incorrect installation, automotive or non-automotive accident, abuse, misuse, natural disaster, unusual mechanical or environmental conditions. This limited warranty does not cover any unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification. This limited warranty does not apply to any product on which the original identification information has been altered, obliterated or removed, has not been handled or packaged correctly, has been resold as second-hand.
This limited warranty covers only repair and parts replacement of defective Skyd Cable Systems LLC products, as provided in this limited warranty. Skyd Cable Systems LLC is not liable for, and does not cover under warranty, any loss of the Purchasers’ tools, equipment, and assets, referred to as “Property,” associated with the use of the Sellers products. This limited warranty does not cover or provide liability for the Purchasers’ Property if their Property is lost or stolen due to defects in workmanship and materials of the Seller’s products.
Limited Lifetime Warranty
According to the conditions outlined in this warranty, Skyd Cable Systems will repair or replace Skyd Cable System products, with the exception of the parts listed below, for the duration of time in which the original Purchaser only owns the product. According to the conditions outlined in this warranty, within one year of date of purchase, Skyd Cable Systems will repair or replace the Skyd Cable System power spring (cable retractor spring) and cable, free of charge, if the parts are found to be defective through improper workmanship or materials' quality.
Skyd Lock Product Warranty
 Skyd Cable Systems LLC, “The Seller,” warrants to the Original Purchaser only that the Product, a Skyd Lock, purchased from the Seller is free of defects in workmanship and materials.
